Job Summary
A data technology company is in need of a Remote Human Resource Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc compensation-related reports/metrics/dashboard
- Responds to and assists stakeholders with compensation related issues
- Assist and back up other generalists as needed and cross train for full knowledge of HR workings
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably HR, business, finance, econ, stats, mathematics, or other related focus
- 2+ years of recent, relevant business experience (Compensation, HR)
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - excited to think outside the box to solve problems
- Solid experience of having worked with compensation surveys including data audits
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
