Job Summary
An accredited university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Data Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Produce, synthesize, modify, and prep HR reports
- Create charts, tables, and other visualizations for reports and presentations
- Develop, calculate, and report KPIs and metrics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or higher plus three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills in using Excel for data management, analysis, and visualization;
- The ability to learn new data analysis software quickly and independently
- Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative research, and story-telling with data
