Job Summary

An accounting firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resource Generalist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing human resource support to one or more client accounts
• Administering payroll, employee benefits and organizational insurance
• Administering all client human resources plans and procedures

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years experience as a human resource generalist
• Current HR certification or qualifications to obtain certification
• Extensive payroll experience is a must
• Benefits design and implementation experience is required
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, team members and outside vendors verbally and in writing
• Excellent computer skills, and proficient in Excel and other standard programs
