Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Human Resource Information System Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Consistently reconcile, audit, and validate all People data to ensure integrity in all systems and reporting
- Recommend ways to improve manager and employee self-service
- Build, update and maintain business processes, conditional rules, reporting and dashboards to drive manager
Qualifications for this position include:
- SME in Core HCM, configurations/business process updates required
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Systems/technology savvy with ability to learn new systems easily
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
