Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Remote Human Resource Information System Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide support for HRIS by researching and resolving system problems and proposing system optimization
- Configure HRIS to support new school/group acquisitions
- Document all processes in detail and performs tests and audits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- Valid Finger Print Clearance Card and applicable state background check
- 5-10 years of experience in an HRIS Analyst role
- Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Share Point, XML coding, must have expert level proficiency with MS Excel
- Able to take responsibility for own work, establish trust, and be receptive to feedback
- Understanding of multistate HR policy and regulations
