Job Summary
A non-profit network of travel service providers has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Information System Technology Manager in Wilmington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing both strategic thought as well as hands-on support necessary to ensure the effective delivery of an integrated HR system
- Serving as a project lead and liaison between HR, Payroll and IT
- Reviewing HRIS reporting analytics and trending to make recommendations for future process enhancements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or other applicable field and 7-8+ years of applicable experience with emphasis in HRIS
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Workday experience required
- Demonstrated ability to manage HRIS technology
- Ability to analyze, identify and employ creative processes/practices that meet diverse business lines with the goal of “best-in-class” service
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
