Job Summary
A patient-to-payment solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Human Resource Information Systems Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and resolving complex issues and working directly with business leaders
- Overseeing and managing HR systems and analytics
- Working with our Tech Services partners to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field
- Six to ten years hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Technology Services
- Experience in leading HRIS transformation projects
- Must be hands-on and nimble to flex between strategic and tactical activities
