Job Summary
An online university is in need of a Remote Human Resource Management Adjunct Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating effectively with students through our Learning Management System
- Conducting a minimum of 2 - 1 hour live sessions per term using our communication tool, Zoom
- Grading and providing detailed feedback on all assignments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A terminal degree in human resources management is required
- Have extensive experience in the Human Resources industry
- Have experience with labor unions, training and development, workforce management, employment law
- Have experience with international human resources, leadership, multicultural workforce, and talent acquisition
