Job Summary
A college needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Management Introduction Adjunct Instructor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with students
- Be available for students via phone, email and for individual appointments
- Respond to Dean/College staff in regards to performance, student issues/concerns, or items needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years’ experience in the field of study
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, and peers
- Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Windows XP or greater, Microsoft Office 2010, and an internet connection
- Master’s in HR, HR Management, HR concentration, Organizational Development or Leadership
