A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resource Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting with reviewing, approving, and managing budgets
• Managing state level employer requirements and addressing employee queries
• Implementing new company policies and handling leave requests

• 2+ years in a human resource role
• Proficient in working on a distributed team across a variety of online communication systems
