Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving a Virtual First strategy, assessing existing social connection opportunities
  • Partnering with People Operations leadership and internal stakeholders in execution of the program and measuring success
  • Enhancing and redefining current Employee Recognition program

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years of program management experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting environment
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
