A software company has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving a Virtual First strategy, assessing existing social connection opportunities
- Partnering with People Operations leadership and internal stakeholders in execution of the program and measuring success
- Enhancing and redefining current Employee Recognition program
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of program management experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting environment
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
