A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Human Resource Senior Design People Operations Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, executing and operating people-focused programs that service the design team
- Managing team evaluations, career ladder and skill growth program
- Demonstrating and improving impact by capturing and evaluating team metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of progressive and relevant experience in HR or people operations role
- Understanding of design and UX oriented roles and responsibilities
- Ability to cross collaborate and seek input across functions
- Passionate advocate of putting our designers at the heart of the work
- Experience building people-programs and championing culture
