Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Human Resource Specialist Lead in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own and maintain documentation of internal HR processes
- Provide regular guidance and coaching to our HR Specialists
- Oversee the flow of day-to-day operations for the HR Specialist team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years operational and/or generalist Human Resources experience
- Passion for coaching and developing team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a successful track record of implementing processes that scale
