Job Summary
A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Technology Digital Ecosystem Lead Designer.
Must be able to:
- Leverage data dashboards and metric libraries to inform prioritization processes and engineering roadmaps
- Support cross-functional stakeholders outreach and involvement during the build of digital strategy & experiences
- Identify and support transformative cross-functional initiatives to improve employee experience and business processes for HR
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years experience implementing user-centric solutions
- 8+ years experience creating business requirements artifacts, including process designs and service blueprints
- 5+ years experience leveraging agile methodology to deliver solutions in collaboration with product/application managers and similar
- 3+ years of experience in a people management role
