Job Summary

A human resource company is in need of a Remote Human Resource Workforce Technology Management Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing client readiness to deploy solutions
  • Creating strategies for change and collaborating with clients
  • Leading business process reimagination and design efforts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 40%
  • 5 years of experience with HR software/technology
  • 5-10 years experience in leadership roles on business transformation projects
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor others
  • Thorough understanding of Digital Workforce Transformation, several HCM & Talent Management domains and trends in the marketplace
