Job Summary
A food service management and support services family of companies is in need of a Remote Human Resources Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interpret and explain company policies related to performance management
- Investigate Employee Relations issues
- Investigate complaints from Associates about salary/wage inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent degree, or equivalent related experience
- Two + years’ experience as an HR representative/generalist in a large company or similar
- Working knowledge of employment labor law in multiple states.
- Strong computer skills including ability to perform queries in SAP
- Proven ability to research topics on the Internet and through other available resources
- Proven ability to: handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
