Job Summary

An energy solutions company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Advisor III in Bellingham.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with talent sourcing strategies and implementing plans
  • Manage talent through proper succession planning programs for key contributors and leadership positions
  • Lead the recruitment process for the business to ensure the organization has the right talent pipeline in place

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of a 4-year University degree or 2-year college diploma in a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in progressive HR positions
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR or similar HR credential
  • Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and listening
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and is action oriented
  • High ethical standards, discretion, integrity, objectivity, and confidence
