An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Advisor in Pleasanton.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Creating and building a productive, trusting relationship with clients
• Providing guidance to clients across the nation for their HR practices
• Responding to clients' HR questions

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of experience working in an in-house Human Resources role
• 4+ years experience working with employment laws
• HRCI or SHRM HR Certification
