Job Summary
A public sector consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting design & execution of resource management framework & developing & tracking staffing metrics
- Communicating meaningful insights on trends, forecasts, opportunities for improvement and areas of concern
- Collecting & compiling HR metrics & data from complex multi-source datasets including the HRIS, management, employee surveys, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Analysis, HR, or Business Administration
- Two (2) or more years of experience in Human Resources or data analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, complex functions, VBA)
- Experience gathering unstructured data to transform & analyze statistical data, generate reports & summarize analysis into reports
- Ability to design/generate and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain and analyze data
