A company that provides critical health and human services programs to state, federal, and local governments has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Analyst in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting & compiling HR metrics & data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS)
- Analyzing data & statistics for trends & patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance
- Preparing reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership

- Able to organize data / Pivot tables / SharePoint WSS 3.0
