Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources and Loan Compensation Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering Sales and Sales Support incentive plans for assigned regions
  • Sending out the plans and applicable exhibits via DocuSign for e-signature ensuring completion
  • Monitoring HR notifications on new hires, terminations, position changes, and branch openings/closing

Qualifications Include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Have at least two years experience in sales compensation or finance fields
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess intermediate level knowledge of HRIS systems and HR data, preferably using UltiPro
  • Have the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion with excellent communications skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and communication skills with ability to multimanage priorities
