A streaming platform is seeking a Remote Human Resources and People Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing, resolving, and engaging with team members on complex team relations matters
- Advising leadership through people development, recognition and engagement strategies
- Partnering with leadership to drive performance and talent management and while providing tactical and strategic support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Have worked in the startup world - building and scaling world class teams
- High degree of business acumen and can understand how to provide People solutions in order to achieve business results
- Experience directly managing and mentoring a team
- Thrive in an environments that require managing multiple work stream and projects
- 7-10 years of progressive HR and People Operations experience
