A web design and development agency is in need of a Remote Human Resources and People Operations Talent Manager.
Must be able to:

- Assist and administer the development of company policies related to HR
Skills and Requirements Include:

- 3+ years experience in HR or People Operations
- 1+ year working remotely
- Experience creating or optimizing onboarding processes
