A finance, accounting, and HR services company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing HR administrative support to assigned clients
- Supporting all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel requirements are infrequent. We typically have an annual in-person company-wide meeting
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related
- 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Exposure to payroll practices
