Job Summary

A provider of education needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build high functioning relationships with leaders in assigned schools/departments
• Consult with staff and managers regarding employee relations issues
• Support school leaders with staffing and promotion needs

Qualifications Include:

• Six years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations
• Four year college degree
• Excellent technical and software skills
• Acting with a strong customer mindset
• Can be relied on to complete tasks timely and well
• Great communication skills
