An information technology solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and executing HR programs & projects
• Working with business leads to drive a strong performance culture
• Developing and executing on employee relations

Qualifications Include:

• Willingness to travel as needed (5-10%)
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP
• Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources Management or related Field
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Broad knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply human resources concepts
• Strong business and HR acumen
