A cyber security company that protects organizations from malware is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with leadership and managers on people initiatives and situations
- Support and promote the company culture of feedback and communication
- Design ways to nurture and develop talent
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and experience in compensation, HR employee relations, employee engagement and retention strategies, and coaching
- Able to apply coaching techniques depending on the situation
- Thoughtful, data-driven, caring, and direct approach to people and problems
- A sense of humor
