A testing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day to day operation of the human capital function
- Partnering with managers on problem solving, dispute resolution, and grievances
- Providing counseling to employees with job-related concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Seven (7) plus years’ Human Capital experience
- High school diploma required
- Breadth of experience in companies of comparable size and complexity
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have experience working with a geographically diverse workforce
- Experience with acquisitions and integration
