Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Function as subject matter expert (SME) in HR competencies across the People Teams
- Lead and support the execution of HR programs in the Commercial organization
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the Software/Hi Tech industries
- 3 years of demonstrated experience with complex employee relations matters
- Prior Experience with compensation within a global landscape
- A high degree of integrity to work with confidential information
- Proficiency in multiple HR functional areas
