A K–12 education company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Provide general HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as required by the needs of the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive business/human resources generalist experience
- Experience creating influential partnerships with middle and senior management
- Demonstrated understanding of business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws
