A K–12 education company has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and inspire in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
Understand business goals
Provide general HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees

Position Requirements Include:

Ability to travel as required by the needs of the business
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related discipline
7+ years of progressive business/human resources generalist experience
Experience creating influential partnerships with middle and senior management
Demonstrated understanding of business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws
