An education software and technology company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing thought partnership to leaders within your assigned business units
- Identifying trends and proactively recommend solutions
- Providing coaching to managers to build and enhance leadership capabilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of HR business partner experience
- Ability to work through ambiguity effectively.
- Strong customer service background.
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach leaders at all levels in the organization
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems or reporting tools
