Job Summary
An IT and software development company is seeking a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, consulting, and making recommendations to management regarding various HR related matters
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
