A benefits management solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Representing the Global HR Function in providing full-service HR business partner support to assigned organizations
• Cultivating strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees
• Gaining deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure to fully understand business and industry dynamics

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 7+ years related experience
• 5-7 years of proven HR experience to include time spent in a strategic HR Generalist role as well as cross functional HR positions
• Experience within fast paced environments
• Demonstrated success partnering with business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
• Effective coaching skills with a proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders
• Excellent consulting skills
