Job Summary

A benefits management solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Representing the Global HR Function in providing full-service HR business partner support to assigned organizations
Cultivating strong working relationships with client leadership team and employees
Gaining deep knowledge of corporate business practices, policies, organization structure to fully understand business and industry dynamics

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field and 7+ years related experience
5-7 years of proven HR experience to include time spent in a strategic HR Generalist role as well as cross functional HR positions
Experience within fast paced environments
Demonstrated success partnering with business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
Effective coaching skills with a proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders
Excellent consulting skills
