Job Summary
An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment and onboarding support
- Provide management of our semi-monthly payroll
- Act as the first point of HR support for all US team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to self-motivate and organize your own workload whilst working remotely
- Understanding of HR and payroll requirements in multi-state organizations
- Desire to learn and upskill in strategic HR
- Experience in delivering outstanding HR generalist support services
- Ability to quickly and effectively build strong relationships
- Solid skills working with systems including HR management
