Job Summary
A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and input on business units' structure and workforce planning
- Administer and implement the full performance management life cycle
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership/management, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation experience
- Willing and able to be hands-on in executing programs
