Job Summary
A privately-held information technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions
- Assist with administration of the company's professional development/training program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Generalist in federal government contracting
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Strong experience in using HRIS platforms such as ADP, vendor portals
- Strong experience with administering and maintaining benefit/insurance plans
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
