Job Summary

A privately-held information technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA
  • Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions
  • Assist with administration of the company's professional development/training program

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Generalist in federal government contracting
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and principles
  • Strong experience in using HRIS platforms such as ADP, vendor portals
  • Strong experience with administering and maintaining benefit/insurance plans
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
