Must be able to:
- Manage new and ongoing employee relations issues
- Cultivate and maintain open communication and positive relationships with managers
- Build and own a 'People Program Calendar'
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Solid and up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
- Intermediate level with proven HR experience (5-7 years)
- Willingness and ability to persevere and find effective solutions in the face of ambiguity and change
- Able to provide consistent and well-targeted outreach support
- Able to clearly outline expectations
