Job Summary
A URL shortening service and a link management platform has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support business leaders through coaching, talent management, DE&I, organizational design, etc
- Partner with the central People team and to identify gaps and opportunities to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion practices
- Develop and operationalize talent management initiatives in partnership with others
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of HR Business Partnership experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Experience cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment where people from all backgrounds know that they are seen
- Experience in developing and implementing talent management initiatives and change management methods
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with a critical sense of urgency
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
