Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide sound practical yet empathetic support for managing new and ongoing employee relations issues
- Cultivate and maintain open communication and positive relationships with managers
- Collaborate on defining an overarching People Strategy
Position Requirements Include:
- Solid and up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
- Highly dedicated and responsive
- Willingness and ability to persevere and find effective solutions in the face of ambiguity and change
- Intermediate level with proven HR experience (4-7 years) with a solid knowledge of both US and Canadian employment law
