Job Summary
A market intelligence and insights provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing people program delivery and related systems implementation
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, while contributing to policy development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Experience with supporting international leaders and teams, in awareness of local laws and best practices
- Ability to build/define programs and practices from the ground up
- Ability to remain objective and advisory when working through the sensitive subject matter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
