Job Summary

A market intelligence and insights provider has a current position open for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing people program delivery and related systems implementation
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, while contributing to policy development

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Experience with supporting international leaders and teams, in awareness of local laws and best practices
  • Ability to build/define programs and practices from the ground up
  • Ability to remain objective and advisory when working through the sensitive subject matter
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
