Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing employee relations guidance to line managers
- Mediating and resolving employee relations issues
- Supporting or owning HR related projects to improve internal process and procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related field
- Competence in conflict resolution and possess deep talent management acumen
- Years of Experience in Related Field: 3-5 years
- Able to synthesize a wide range of information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
