Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing all employee organizational life cycle phases within the business unit
  • Initiating activities that enhance employees' pride, engagement and wellness
  • Providing professional and high touch HR support and advisory to employee at all levels

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 7 years of experience in HRBP roles
  • Experience working with global teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in implementing organizational changes and handling complex change management processes
  • In depth knowledge of multiple HR processes and HR disciplines
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration processes
  • BA Degree in an HR-related discipline (Sociology, Psychology, etc.)
