Job Summary

A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Supporting approximately a large volume of employees / managers on a broad range of needs
Coordinating the ongoing rhythm of performance management
Conducting analysis on the employee experience in your businesses and provide recommendations

Position Requirements Include:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
Strong technical/analytical skills
3 years professional human resources experience with results being a Generalist or Business Partner
Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
