- Supporting approximately a large volume of employees / managers on a broad range of needs
- Coordinating the ongoing rhythm of performance management
- Conducting analysis on the employee experience in your businesses and provide recommendations
Position Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
- Strong technical/analytical skills
- 3 years professional human resources experience with results being a Generalist or Business Partner
- Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
