A human resources software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying emerging talent challenges and opportunities through research, data and analytics
- Driving transformation and growth through programs and initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or HR Management, Psychology or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience across HR Generalist and Specialist areas
- Strong Employee Relations and performance coaching experience
