Job Summary
A privately-held management assessment and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and partnering in implementation of process improvement and efficiencies
- Partnering with HR team to provide answers and support for employee questions and concerns
- Ensuring the employee handbook is updated, maintained, and signed by all employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- Undergraduate degree
- Relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent project/workflow management skills, and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of employment compliance legislation and law throughout the region
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, HRIS systems, etc
