Job Summary

A public safety operating system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create strategies and policies that ensure Flock Safety is an equitable and inclusive work environment for all
• Work closely with people managers to monitor unwanted attrition
• Performance management initiation

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience within the HR field, preferably in a VC backed, high-growth company
• 5 or more years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in the tech industry
• Competency in general employment law and managing compliance across multiple states
• Experience with HRIS Administration
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting hourly teams of 150+
