Remote Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
A public safety operating system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create strategies and policies that ensure Flock Safety is an equitable and inclusive work environment for all
- Work closely with people managers to monitor unwanted attrition
- Performance management initiation
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience within the HR field, preferably in a VC backed, high-growth company
- 5 or more years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in the tech industry
- Competency in general employment law and managing compliance across multiple states
- Experience with HRIS Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting hourly teams of 150+
