Job Summary
A recruiting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and managing the succession planning process
- Provide employee relations support, guidance, and direction to the business leaders and other employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible strategic HR experience in a high-growth technology environment
- Able to see the big picture and design, build, and execute strategic plans to achieve companywide objectives further
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience partnering and influencing senior leadership, including executives
