Job Summary
A consumer goods company is filling a position for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Director.
Must be able to:
- Act as an associates’ champion and change agent, anticipates HR-related needs
- Partner with assigned business units to contribute to company performance and strategic goals
- Support the overall mission, vision, goals of SAS and any new business acquisitions and the global Human Resources Department
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Enterprise-wide information systems such as ADP, Human Resource Information Systems
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience
- Exposure to a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows like interface
- Must have 10 years related Human Resources Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of HR practices
