Job Summary
A health and wellness telemedicine provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Director.
Must be able to:
- Work with Legal in the investigation of any severe cases and implements appropriate remediation
- Partner with the company to roll out performance feedback process and take on day-to-day HR-related issues
- Discuss business strategies, HR challenges & roadmaps that can help the business with senior management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience across HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to execute processes, and a flexible approach to problem-solving
- Experience being open-minded and vocal to conservative business decision-making in an ingenious work environment
- Proven hands-on experience partnering with business leaders on complex initiatives in organizational effectiveness
- Experience partnering with or working closely with Executives on Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Employee Relations, or Talent Management
