Job Summary

A home improvement store is in need of a Remote Human Resources Business Partner Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Influencing the creation of HR Business plans with leadership teams and HR COEs
  • Reviewing potential issues at the individual and team level, and, in partnership with internal COEs,
  • Providing expertise, guidance and development coaching for business leaders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10 years experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes
  • Experience in an HR generalist role
